From My Perspective
I took this test and there were so many combinations I could have chosen but I realized the first of my many health goals was not just Weight Loss. In my neck of the woods, we live off a septic tank. To some city folk who may not know what that is, our grey water and ummm dark matter get recycled through a septic system under our property. My dishwasher is a challenge as my water is a bit hard with calcium deposits. I have used “Finish” tabs with pretty good results however, I want to change up some of the bad chemicals in my house.

Supplements are NOT natural. Who can eat that many fruits and vegetables in one sitting right?
A huge percentage of the world population takes some type of supplement each day. There are literally thousands of brands and millions of products to choose from. Is there really a difference between them?

Also, they have other artificial ingredients used as fillers and binders, including artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. You may or may not experience side effects from these fillers acting like toxins in your body.
3) Whole Food/Plant Based Vitamins
Found in upscale vitamin/health food and grocery stores and from Direct Sales companies.
These types of vitamins should be cold pressed to extract the vitamins so the enzymes stay alive.
Again there is little testing around raw ingredients or the final product so even if something is labeled “organic”, it can still be contaminated. Even in this category, over 80% of the raw ingredients come from China and India and are not tested!
